Q: Vivid Dreams and Pregnancy ?

I'm not pregnant, but what do vivid dreams have to do with pregnancy? I didnt have them when I was pregnant with my son im 2011.

a day before i tested i had a very detailed dream that i tested and got a positive i didnt think anything of it but next day when i went grocery shopping i just grabbed a test thinking what the hell why not. .... well after getting home and doing what i needed to about 3 in the after noon i took the test and sure enough POSITIVE!
