8 DPO - sore breast, creamy/tacky cervical mucus

Hello! I am 8 DPO and desperately trying not to POAS yet. My breasts are sore... very sore on the sides. I have some tacky/creamy cervical mucus. I got some twinges/sharp pains in my left breast this afternoon. I THINK i've had some twinges down there.. but not sure if I'm just making it up in my mind :( I know I need to wait a few days to test... but has anyone else had these symptoms and ended up with a BFP?! Thanks :)
