Q: Room Temp vs. Body Temp: How can I keep my charting accurate?
Post O I always get hot in the middle of the night and kick off the covers. Then I wake up in the morning freezing and my temp is below the coverline. If I cover back up and re-temp 30 min later, it always climbs .3 - .5 degrees, but I know I shouldn't record it because it is a disturbed temp, but if I don't my chart either has a bunch of X'd out temps or looks like a failed O roller coaster. Any ideas on how I should record my temps? This question was asked Mar. 3, 2012 11:41am
