7 DPO and feeling pain in my ovaries

I am 7 DPO and I am feeling pain in both my ovaries. I have been feeling it sense yesterday. It switches from my right side and back to my left side. I dont want to sit here and THINK of symptoms but this one is hard to ignore. It hurts but than it doesnt bc I hope I am pregnant. I took a prego test @ 4 dpo (lol I know) and of course it was negative. Anybody have any insight on this. I also am feeling extremely tired and ALWAYS dizzy. I already know about the most common cyst.

I'm also DPO 7, I had some pain in my ovaries day 5 & 6 was a sharp pain like a twinge, mainly on the right. Woke up today with tender breasts on the sides & been feeling nauseous on & off the passed 2 days.

Keeping fingers crossed for both of us ;-)

I am now 15 DPO with a BFP as of 10 DPO, I had the exact same symptoms as both of you on day 9/10.
