What do i do

Okay so im having brown discharge from one o my breasts && abdominal pains. and right now im having pressure on my ovaries. my boobs have gotten bigger and heavier, im also noticing a whitish clear substance when i wipe. my last period in janurary was very light and spotty it only lasted about a day and a hal. but im not sure if i could be pregnant or not. bc i had unprotected sex and like he stopped and said he had to pee. ive heard that guys only have to pee after they ejaculate.. sso i need advice on what to do.. :/
