Question

Late O ir Triphasic chart?

I'm not sure if/how to show my chart. I'm on cycle day 26. My cycles are normally no longer than 29 days. I believe I O'd on cd 12 which would make me 2 days late; however I had a slight dip at cd 21 followed by continually higher temps since. I've had bfns and no symptoms of AF, usually I spot 2-3 days before.
How can you differentiate a late O from a triphasic chart?

Did your temperature rise after CD12? If it did, and it stayed at a higher temp. level until your dip on CD21, then I would say you have a triphasic chart due to the elevated rise in temp following CD21. If there was no temperature spike after CD12 then you probably did not ovulate. When one does not ovulate, for the most part, the chart will look monophasic until ovulation occurs. Then again, every body is different... Best of wishes. Hope you get a lil bean!!
