Q: tingly stingy bbs

my bbs have just started to tingle quite alot after i massage them a bit and it hurt in one area when i pushed it in. they sting a little all over after they tingled when i massaged them. is this a good sign? have any of you experienced this when you first became pregnant? any answers would be appreciated thanks :)
