Cycle confusion - help!
My cycle this month was 26 days; last month 26 days; and the month before 32 days. Usually, my cycle is every 28 days but every now and again it will be 27 or 30,etc. Its always w/ in the ball park though. My friend thinks maybe I am missing my window of fertility because my cycle, although regular, varies a few days here and there. Any advice from women that have been tracking? Also, when taking a OPK when you get the 2 line surge, should you aim to have sex w/in that day or the next or is it more like 2 days later you ovulate? I think I am missing the window. I had heard not to have sex everyday because the sperm is not as potent and to do it a couple of times in 1 week. True? Thanks for any help.

If you think you are missing your O date, you can try BDing 3 times per week, in that way, you won't miss the fertile window since sperm last anyway from 3-5 days inside a woman. If your partner has no issues, y'all can try everyday! lol. But every other day is recommended, so you won't get tired of BDing :)
Also, sperm are produced on demand, and it is recommended for your partner to ejaculate approx every other day or so. In that way, healthy, feisty sperm are there when you need them. If he doesn't ejaculate often e.g once every two weeks or once per week, the sperm tend to become lazy.
I'm no expert, but i'm just giving some feedback from what i have researched and read. I've never had any luck with opks, the lines confuse the hell out of me lol, sorry if i'm not much help in that department. Best of luck to you!
