Is today a good time to try?

I started ovulating again last month after being on BC for two years. I'm not sure how long my cycle is, but i started ovulating today i got the egg white discharge. I started my last period on Sept. 29 so is tonight the night or do i have to wait another month? I'm starting to track now, but this will be our first so we don't know what to expect. I thought we were last month but got a BFN.
