2 day period?

I expected my period to start either 15th/16th jan and had spotting on 15th, but only had tiny drop of red blood on 16th followed by dark brown. By 17th nothing and then little brown on 18th.
I normally have a 4day period with medium red flow.
Is this normal? I did pg test 17th+18th but negative.
Only symptoms of nausia+fatigue in mornings.
