Sore enlarged breasts, incresased appetite.... had unprotected sex 16 days ago could I be pregnant?

On january 4 I had my IUD removed at that time I was ovualting. I had sex 2 days later and now 16 days later I am experiencing sore enlarged breasts, fatigue and increase in appetie. Is it it early to test?

wait until your AF is late by at least 3 - 5 days then take a HPT to see if you are pregnant, it is the only sure fire way to know for sure.
