Spotting while taking Clomid

I'm new to taking Clomid 50 mg cycle days 3-7. I had a little spotting yesterday and AF came full today. Should I start the clomid 3 days from yesterday or today? Please help! I'm so confused

Cycle day 1 is the first day of a flow. So if today (thurs.) was when you actually had a flow of blood, then you would take it Sat. (cd 3). Good luck. I took it cd 5-9 and got bfp on my first round. Hang in there.
