Sick or pregnant?

All day I have had an upset stomache, TMI loose bowels and I am breaking out with acne, I have never broke out with acne like this before. Could this be early pregnancy signs? I am only 2 dpo, so is it early to have symptoms? So is this a good sign or am I sick? My bbs are a little sore and back hurt a little but I stand all day so I'm not sure about the back pain. What do you think ladies? Is it just to early to tell?

At 2 DPO, it's likely you are just sick. I'm sorry you're not feeling well. Of course this doesn't mean that you aren't pregnant, but pregancy-related symptoms won't likely start until implantation takes place (usually 6-12 dpo). I'm pulling for you though:-)

I broke out with acne when I conceived my daughter......totally different symptoms from when I conceived my first (a son). Best of luck to you :)
