anyone know.....
hi, i have a 30 day cycle and i start to feel ov pain on my left side about 10 days after af.pain lasts about 7 days so we babydanced 3 times within these 7 days...3 days after ov i got the same ache in the same place..always on the left(more so in my back).so could this ache be period pain 13days before due date? it usually come 7 days before period so now i think im out again..trying 17 months now and have 2 children..the only other thing is last i was up for hours with cramps but they were like wind pains but started really sudden 1 min i was watching tv and next i was doubled over, quiet bad while they lasted, all day today i felt ill and tired.could be a lack of sleep...sorry its a bit long but i would love any ideas on whats going on.

Have you gotten checked for possibly a cyst? I had cyst and really bad pain like that. But I had irregular bleeding. I have read that cysts can cause pain and bleeding or neither sometimes no symptoms. I would recommend mentioning to your doctor. They usually do an ultrasound. I usually have pain on my sides when I ovulate but not that bad and usually only a day or two.
