Question

Is it me or my husband?

Here is the short version...

My husband and I both had a child each from previous relationships. (His son is 3) We have been trying to have a baby together for 17 months now. I was diagnosed with mild PCOS in March of 2010. My OB at the time kind of blew me off and wanted to put me on the pill to regulate the PCOS. I didnt want to do that becuase we wanted a baby, so I went to a new OB and they pretty much confirmed the same thing....strange thing is that I have very regular periods. I have been told my my doctors that if you get regular periods you should be ovulating or at least every so often. SO this month we FINALLY got the referral for ANOTHER OB who prescribed us Clomid. We are so ecstatic and hopeful that this is our month, but now that I am thinking about it....could it be my husband? Can men go infertile and have their sperm quality decrease even if he had a child a few years ago?

Your thoughts please!!

I hear what your saying but there could be a few reasons as to why its not happening...you say you have mild pcos, men can still get women pregnant whilst having a low sperm count.Yes he has a son but has his sperm been checked. You say you've had a child from a previous well sometimes womens hormones go totally of track after having a baby and you may never know it until you try again.Another reason and its a huge one for lots of couples and thats to relax!!Im here telling you and I should really take my own advice but its happened for me last yr and it works for millions of couples even ones that have been through IVF.
Gd luck with your next cycle and I hope the clomid works for you :)
