Implantation Symptoms after a 2nd Trimester loss 6 weeks ago??

I am 6 dpo and having low back pain, cramps that range from mild intense and heartburn. Haven't had heart burn since the stillbirth 6 weeks ago of our little boy. Hoping these are signs of implantation and hoping for a BFP next week. What does everyone else think? And we also bd 7 times on 7 different days this cycle!!
