Am I not ovulating or is my luteal phase too short?

My son is 11 months old and I'm still breastfeeding him (about 3 time a day) and I'm not sure if I'm ovulating or not and if I am, is my luteal phase too short? For my last 2 cycles it's only been 9 days until my period starts again. So, I guess I'm wondering if I'm ovulating or not? And is a 9 day Luteal phase too short?
