10dpo, start period on the 19th, neg. this morning :( somebody give me some guidance!
Hey ladies, I know today is only my 10th dpo but I took a test this morning, fmu, and got a BFN. I was disappointed, because I saw on here that many women at least get a faint positive. I guess I'm discouraged because last month I was diagnosed with adenomyosis, but my dr. didn't seem to think this would cause infertility, or any problems at all really except monthly pain. I'm just down in the dumps because I seem to be relating my BFN to the diagnosis. Keep in mind, this is only my first month ttc, which makes me sound even dumber!! haha! Anyway, I guess I should take a chill pill and wait a few more days and take one..and if I'm out this month, there's always next month..
I was hoping someone would read this that had a similar diagnosis or even the same worries as me. I've felt the signs, which makes it worse. gas (sorry), lots of cm (lotiony, again SORRY!) headaches, cramping, back aches, all that...
Please reassure me ladies, today is sad :(

I tested too early too and got a bfn! My af is due 18th dec. So I will be waiting for a no show. We have been ttc for 10 months now. It is heart breaking I too believe we have done it this month. But as I was once told
"We are so lucky, we get a fresh chance at trying EVERY month."
