cycle change or preg?

hi all, af was due last week. she is offically 7 days late. all tests are neg and no sign of her except for a little spotting here and there.i ov late day 19 and usually af comes on cd 30. since i ov late do you think my cycle is now changing and af to arrive soon? i know stress doesnt help af...so please help, ty and baby dust to all.
