3dpo and boobs hurt bad and nose is running, has this happened to anyone else?

I am currently 3 dpo and since yesterday my boobs are very sore and my nose has not stopped running. This is very unlike my cycles, sometime my boobs hurt before my period and other cycles they don't bother me at all. We have been ttc # 2 since 2006 had one miscarriage, so I am always sketchy about any symptoms that I've had or have. Has anyone had these symptoms this early and had a positive pregnancy test?
