Q: Low BBT, could I still be pregnant?

Ok, it's a long shot but how often can you get a low BBT and still be pregnant? Last month we had our first positive test (after 9 months trying) and it ended in a chemical pregnancy. This month, we tried the same "tips" as before with timing and are having the same symptoms. Spotting 2 days before scheduled AF, nothing after that. Last time I got a positive the day I was due for AF and then lost it the next day. We're praying so hard. I've seen literally ALL my friends get pregnant in their first month and I'm sick of people asking me about my "efforts". Anyone else with baby envy too? It's almost consuming me...I avoid all my friends and I miss them.

Confirmed Negative. AF has arrived. But I don't mind sharing the "tips".

First off, let me say how much I HATE advice. Everyone is different and I'll tell you as much as I know.

I seem fine, husband is questionable... leaning more toward fine. Semen tests came back to stupid doctor who said "oh, these aren't good. get another test". Second test results "oh, something different isn't good, go see the specialist". We see the specialist, and they say "oh, the first test was fine." So we're headed to our second OBGYN for our future efforts. However, the first doctor did give us the only tip that got us pregnant.

Use ovulation strips to time ovulation. Once you get an idea (I've used them for 8 months now and really know my cycles which are very regular) of when your "surge" will be ... avoid sex the day of your surge and the day before that. So, I surge on CD14 typically, we avoid sex on 13 and 14, have sex on 15 and 16. It wor
